Order Process:
- Customization: Begin by personalizing your charm. Upload your logo, choose your preferred packaging and delivery options, and don't forget to leave any special requests in the comments box.
- Checkout: Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout using our secure payments.
- Digital Mock-up: After we receive your art & order, our team will work diligently to create a digital mock-up of your charm within 48 hours. This allows you to review and confirm the design before production begins.
- Production: Your charm will be expertly crafted in estimated 15 business days.
- Shipping: Once production is complete, we'll promptly ship your order and provide you with a tracking number via email.
- BibBoards does not do refunds on custom shoe charms, straw toppers, meSNAPS or BibBoards
