What are the bibs made of?
Durable Tyvek that is water-proof and tear-resistant, so numbers survive rain, sweat and a full race. Standard size is 7.5 x 5.75 inches.
Do I have to have finished artwork?
No. Upload whatever you have (a logo, sponsor art or a full design) and our team builds your proof. Don't have it ready? Add to cart and email your art to custom@bibboards.com, or request a free proof first.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG all work. Vector art (AI, EPS, PDF) prints sharpest, but we can work with high-resolution images too.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Always. You approve a free digital proof, usually within 24 hours, before anything goes to production.
How fast can I get them?
Standard turnaround plus a rush 48-hour option when you're close to your event date. Tell us your date in the notes and we'll confirm.
Do you offer school / purchase-order pricing?
Yes. We support schools with purchase orders and tax-exempt orders, plus bulk discounts for clubs, events and non-profits. Email custom@bibboards.com.
Can you do chip-timed or RFID bibs?
Yes. RFID and chip-timed bibs are made to order and quoted per event. Tell us your timing provider and participant count and we'll come back with pricing.
Do you print barcodes or QR codes on bibs?
Yes. Barcodes and QR codes can be printed directly on the bib for check-in, results lookup or sponsor links. Quoted per order.
Can I get perforated tear-off tags?
Yes. Tear-off stubs are available as a custom option, for finish-line collection, prize draws or reconciling your packet counts.
Can every bib have a different runner's name?
Yes. We print variable data, so each bib can carry its own name, number, category or wave. Send us your participant list and we'll quote it.
Do you sell blank or pre-numbered bibs?
Yes. If you don't need a full custom design, we supply plain Tyvek bibs and sequential number ranges. Ask us for pricing.
Can I get a different size, or a sample first?
Yes to both. Our standard bib is 7.5 x 5.75 inches, but we print to whatever size your event needs. We're also happy to send a physical sample before you commit.
