Shipping Time Estimates
HOLIDAY SEASON UPDATE:
Last day to ship USPS ground advantage is the 16th in order to guarantee delivery by the 25th. The last day to ship with priority shipping is the 18th.
Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by USPS. The order processing time (which is typically the same or next business day) may also affect when you actually receive the product. If you need an item by a certain date, please order early to ensure you get it in plenty of time.
Delays
We offer a 21-business day order protection guarantee. If you don't receive your order after 15 days* from the day it shipped, we will issue you a full refund.
*Please note the delays are very rare and are mainly caused by customs or extreme weather conditions. We hope for your patience and understanding if this should happen.
Tracking Your Order
You will get an order confirmation email when you placed your order and when the package is ready to ship. That email has a link to your personal Order Status Page which has updated tracking information.
Customs & Import Charges
If you live outside of the US, please be aware that you may be subject to customs & import charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the package and not included in the cost of delivery.
