Shipping Information

Stock orders

We work to 2 or next business day processing on all stock orders. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 12 pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

 

Custom orders

All custom orders before 12 pm PST, 2 days to print and 3-5 business days for ship up to 500 sets. This does not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Time Estimates

Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the shipping company. The order processing time (which is typically same or next business day) may also affect when you actually receive the product. If you need an item by a certain date, please order early to avoid disappointment.

 

Delays

We offer a 15-business day order protection guarantee. If you don't receive your order after 15 days* from the day it shipped, we will issue you a full refund.

*Please note the delays are very rare and are mainly caused by customs or extreme weather conditions. We hope for your patience and understanding if this should happen.

 

Tracking Your Order

You will get an order confirmation email when you placed your order and when the package is ready to ship. That email has a link to your personal Order Status page which has updated tracking information

 

Customs & Import Charges

If you live outside of the US, please be aware that you may be subject to customs & import charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the package and not included in the cost of delivery.
