What is the difference between the stock sample and the bulk order

I see the option for the sample order at .02 each and then the bulk order goes up to 1.19 each.

Please note, it will not be the design you are looking to order, but it demonstrates the quality of our custom shaped straw toppers. If you are already familiar with shoe charms or straw toppers, you can proceed to order your custom topper design. We will provide digital proofs and ensure you approve every step before production.
